Piazza XX Settembre
Try to imagine if in the pixels imprinted on the icon you could glimpse the image of Piazza XX Settembre... no longer a space that you cross, but a flowing surface, as if the square were a liquid pause within the city. The facades would stop being simple fronts to become membranes: painted surfaces that do not close, but tell in a fragmented way, as if each color were a minimal variation of the same stratified time. The porches do not delimit they accompany.A continuous sequence that transforms walking into a fluid gesture, without clear interruptions, where inside and outside stop being opposites and become shades of the same space. The central void is not stable: it is crossed, crossable, always in transformation. It does not impose itself as a form, but allows itself to be redefined by those who walk through it, as a surface that welcomes without holding back. The light here does not rest, it slides. It bounces between the colored surfaces, creeps under the arcades, spreads irregularly, creating a continuous vibration that makes the square never identical to itself.
